Land & Development Opportunities with NEPI in the North East

NEPI actively seeks development sites in the North East. If you are a private landowner, developer, or land agent, or if you know of a site that may interest us, please reach out.

Over the years, NEPI has built strong partnerships with end users, including charities and house builders. We specifically look for development sites ranging from 5 to 40 units, and sites can lack existing planning permissions.

Additionally, we collaborate with local charities and registered providers to address acute housing needs. Our efforts aim to elevate homelessness and poverty through impactful housing developments in the North East. For instance, the Church of England recently announced plans to form a Housing Association to support vulnerable populations. NEPI can replicate such positive impacts through our projects.

Currently, NEPI has three large-scale housing developments underway, partnering with various registered providers to meet community needs effectively.
