Additionally, our team worked tirelessly every day, providing expert guidance to clients seeking secure income options for their retirement.
Director, Max Armstrong heads up a team that has sourced, developed & sold over £40 million of residential buy to let across the Northeast and has experience in all aspects of residential property investment. Our team have extensive contacts throughout the industry developed over many years and in many different property related fields. Between us we have over 50 years of experience in the North East buy to let sector and we are all landlords ourselves. We support our investors by providing a comprehensive service which is bespoke to each client.
Meet the Team
Max has worked in the North East buy to let industry for over ten years and has extensive contacts across the region and industry. Having initially worked with a London Property fund he has since sourced and developed over £30m of properties on behalf of clients and was the Co-founder of award winning estate agency , Jack Harrison Estates. Max has developed his own buy to let portfolio over the years and has a particular interest in providing good quality homes to those with acute housing needs and as such works closely with a number of local Community interest companies , charities & Councils to improve the quality of housing for those in need. In his spare time Max likes to run , read and holiday with his family. He is a regular contributor and commentator, on property matters, for the Daily Telegraph.
Having started out as a sales negotiator, with the largest estate agent in the North East, in the early 2000’s, Jonny gained experience in sales, lettings & valuations giving him a breadth of knowledge across the industry. Having developed an interest in the investment side of the business, he became a buyer for a local firm who supplied properties and development sites to individual & institutional investors. Over a 16-year period Jonny has become a well known & respected buyer with a vast array of contacts. He has a special interest in sourcing development sites suitable for social housing and works closely with NEPI development partners to identify land that can be developed on behalf of housing associations and blue-chip clients. In his spare time, he enjoys hill walking, taking his son to football & travelling with his wife.
John heads up our projects department. Having worked in buy to let for over 15 years, John brings a wealth of knowledge in social and supported housing as well as an extensive contact book.
John works daily with some of the UKs largest charities, registered providers and institutions who deliver housing to some of the most vulnerable people in society. Over the last year he has helped NEPI/NEPLM sell in the region of £10 million worth of social housing stock. That figure should double this coming year.
Johns interests outside of work are his family, cricket, fly fishing and shooting.
