I have owned my HMO property with NEPLM for nearly 8 years and to begin with I found it quite stressful. However, two years ago, Laura Elgie started looking after my property and shes been absolutely wonderful. She has the patience of a saint. Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she communicates very regularly about anything she feels that I should know.
